Wedding Day
Transportation
There will be two shuttles giving complimentary rides to and from the wedding venue. The Hotel Indigo guests have a dedicated 15-passenger van and the Hampton Inn & DoubleTree guests have a 30-passenger trolley.
Additionally, Garver has a free parking lot. You're welcome to drive to the ceremony and leave a car overnight if you want to take the shuttle home. Please return to the venue to pick up your car before brunch on Sunday.
Shuttle will pick guests up in the back entrance facing the parking lot (not the Palette Grill entrance)
Pre-ceremony
First pickup: Be in the lobby at 4 pm
Final pickup: Be in the lobby at 4:30 pm
Post-wedding
Hourly return trips to the hotel starting at 10 pm.
Final shuttles at 12:30 am and 1 am.
The hotels are across the street from each other so the shuttle will pick up at one lobby, then the next in quick succession.

ONLY pickup: Be in your hotel lobby at 4:15 pm.
Post-wedding
Hourly return trips to the hotels starting at 9 pm.
Final shuttles at 12:15 am and 1 am.

Venue
Garver Feed Mill

Built in 1906, Garver was once the largest factory in Wisconsin but fell into disrepair after the feed mill closed. In the last 7 years, the City of Madison restored and repurposed the building and made it the gorgeous multi-use space it is today. When Caitlyn saw the first photos of the renovated space back in 2019, she immediately imagined how beautiful it would be to get married there someday, so this is a dream come true! All our wedding events will be held here, with the ceremony and reception in the main atrium and the cocktail hour in the lounge.

Accomodations
We have set up three hotel blocks for our guests with discounted room rates for the wedding weekend. All are conveniently located in Downtown Madison. The DoubleTree and Hampton Inn are located very close to each other and will have a shared shuttle, and the Hotel Indigo will have its own dedicated shuttle. Airports
Madison - Dane County Regional
Located on Madison's north side, this airport is just 15-20 minutes from all hotels.
Milwaukee - General Mitchell
This airport often has better flight prices and is just over an hour drive to Madison. If you're open to renting a car, this could be a more affordable option.
Chicago - O'Hare
Located just north of the city, O'hare is about a 2 - 2.5 hour drive to Madison. There's also a bus that runs from the airport to Downtown Madison for those who don't want to rent a car.
